Are you arriving early in the morning? Don't worry: you can leave your luggage for free at reception and start exploring the city right away. The room is available from 3:00 PM, but if you want to be sure to check in earlier, you can request an early check-in (subject to availability and with a small extra charge). After booking, check your personal area to add the service or confirm the time.

The reception is open until 8:00 PM. If you arrive after that, you can use the automatic access system only if you have completed the Online Check-in (mandatory). A small surcharge applies for arrivals after midnight. Check the status of your check-in directly from your personal area after booking.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is active from 2 days before arrival until 8:00 PM on the same day. It is used to confirm your details, upload documents and photos, and enter the card for the key deposit. Completing it reduces waiting times and ensures automatic evening access; you can easily do it from your personal area.

Bed linen is always included. Towels are included in private rooms; in dormitories they can be rented at reception. Services such as linen change or extra towels can be quickly added from the personal area if you already have a reservation.

The rate includes room/bed, showers, common areas, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is available from 11:00 to 23:00 (access for personal breakfasts from 7:00; the stoves are reserved for staff until 11:00). The laundry area is available (for a fee). All extra services — breakfast, laundry, towel rental — can be selected or added from your personal area after booking.

Breakfast is not included by default (unless specified rates). You can add it for an additional cost of €7 during online check-in or at reception; the option is always available in your personal area as well.

We offer unmonitored parking solutions: cars €10 / day, motorcycles €5 / day, indoor bikes €5 / day, and free garden bike parking. Add your preferred parking from your personal area at the time of booking or afterwards.

Dogs are only allowed in private rooms (maximum 1 per room, small/medium size) with a cleaning and sanitization supplement. In the common areas, they must be kept on a leash; they cannot be left alone in the establishment. You can report and pay the supplement through your personal area.

We can be reached on foot from the station in about 10–15 minutes; there are also urban bus connections and tickets available for purchase at the hostel. In the confirmation email and in your personal area, you will find detailed directions and maps.

We offer a discounted rate for pilgrims of the Salento Trail, valid only when booking online from the dedicated page. To access the discount, the Pilgrim's Passport is mandatory: each participant must present it upon arrival or purchase it at reception. Those who do not have it can add it from the reserved area after booking, so it will be ready at check-in. In the reserved area, you will also find the guide to the Trail and all the agreements. Without a Passport for one or more participants, the booking will be cancelled.

The municipal tourist tax (€2 per person per night) is not included in the rates and is automatically added to the booking. All supplements are always visible in the booking summary and in your personal area.

For groups of over 6 people or more than 2 rooms, please contact us in advance: we will prepare a personalized offer and guide you through the process. The conditions and cancellation policies for groups may differ from the standard rates.

No smoking inside; respect for quiet hours and common areas; respectful behaviour towards other guests and staff. In case of deliberate damage, a penalty may be applied. All information regarding rules, hours, and responsibilities is available in the booking confirmation and in your personal area.
